I Forgive Them

For the past few years I fell into the trap of being angry over what the politicians have been doing to us. They don’t care if we are angry, they want us fighting with each other over everything, when we do we are not thinking straight and we believe we can’t change anything. The truth is if we keep our heads about us and hold them to the same standards we hold ourselves to most of them would have already been voted out.

I forgive the politicians for their votes that go against the Constitution and Biblical Laws. Since the Constitution was written after the Founding Fathers prayed on it. The Bible and a firm belief in God was a very important factor in what they wrote.

Yes, I forgive them but that doesn’t mean I will support them or vote for them because even though I forgive them doesn’t mean I trust them. The job of judging them belongs to God not to me so I am content to let God judge. “Psa 75:7¬† But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.” My job as a Christian is to follow the Commandments God has given us, it is difficult to do that when our government is passing laws that go against the Will of God. For that reason I will not support or vote for any politician who promotes any legislation which goes against either the Constitution or God’s Word.

Attitude

Psalms 34:1 I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.

We got this email from a friend and laughed so hard we had to share it with you.

There once was a woman who woke up one morning, looked in the mirror, and saw that she had only three hairs on her head. “Great,” she said, “I think I’ll braid my hair today.”
So she did, and had a wonderful day.
The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that she had only two hairs on her head. “Hmm,” she said, “I guess I’ll part my hair down the middle.”
So she did, and had a wonderful day.
The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that she had only one hair left on her head.
“Wow,” she said, “today I get to wear my hair in a pony tail.” So she did, and had a wonderful, wonderful day.
The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that there wasn’t a single hair on her head.
“Thank God!” she exclaimed. “I was running out of things to do with my hair!”

ATTITUDE is everything! Let’s be grateful for the things God has given us and have a wonderful day!

Vote Them Out

To Christians and anyone else who may be interested. Politicians are becoming so arrogant that they think they are above both Cival and Moral laws. They think that because people keep electing them. I blame “We The People”. They serve with our permission so we need to make it clear that they no longer have our permission to act in an illegal or immoral way.

The way to do that is to hold them accountable at the polls and “Vote Them Out” which would get most of them out. The time to do most of the work is in the Primary. We can’t wait for the General Election because if we do we have No Good Choice. It’s a shame things have come to this. Over the years the system has become so corrupt we can no longer trust in “the checks and balances” built into the system because they have been compromised by politicians in both major parties, I don’t trust either party and expect the Republican party to go the way of the Whig party unless they clean house themselves. I fear so many of them are corrupt, they won’t and it will be up to the people to do, which means we will have to really watch them, we can’t count on the news to tell us the truth (most carry water for one party or the other).

I personally feel that The Democratic Party has been taken over completely by Progressives and a big part of The Republican Party as well to the point where I refuse to give money to either party and I won’t vote for anyone based on which party they belong to. I look at how they vote, what their moral values are. Maybe it is just me but whenever I get a chance to ask them my question is going to be “Do you accept Jesus Christ¬† as your personal Savior?” Now that may not be your criteria for your vote and that is your decision but we all have to vet the candidates to find out if they will do the right thing.

There are many websites out there who watch the candidates. You have to vet those websites as well because most have an agenda also. Either they are for the Republicans or the Democrats. I urge you to pay attention and do your own homework. Those parties want you to just follow the party line and that is a mistake because neither are trustworthy, they both want more power and control over your life. I put my trust in God and pray that He will make a way to open the eyes of enough people to get back to the founding principles of America, which was inspired by God, When America turns back to God, America will be Blessed again which is why I said what my question to a candidate would be. At least if they are truly a Christian they have a conscience and a moral compass. Sure they can lie but the Bible says we will know them by their works.

Much information is compiled at http://www.votethemouttoday.com/state.html Now I admit that most of the ones supported are Republicans because if a mistake is made it is preferable to err on the side of the more Conservative candidate but those recommendations change from the Primary to the General election. After the primary a judgement call has to be made because not voting is not an option.

Co-Q10 and nutrition

I was searching for information about Co-Q10 and Muscular Dystrophy and ran across this page. It has information about what may cause the disease and states that it can be improved with vitamins and nutrition. It makes sense to me and I feel it is worth testing out so it will be my next personal trial.

The Snake

I was out digging some plants out of the yard and got to one that was quite large, normally I would not have tried it since I’m in a wheelchair but I started on it and it just wasn’t working. I had been working on it for awhile when I saw a snake near me and it just didn’t feel right, I tried to hit it with the shovel and it struck at the shovel then it went away.
Now the point here is “I don’t like snakes (never did) and if there is a snake around I stay away from it. After I ran the snake off I went back to working on the plant which I got out in short order.
My wife just looked at me in disbelief when she saw it. We talked about it later and she said no one had attempted that plant because it was so large and had been planted there for so long.
Now I believe that “The Enemy” will try to stop us from doing things whenever possible but when you face it and keep working at it you just might get a hand from God. I believe there was no way I could do on my own what I was trying to do. There was an attempt to stop me. I faced the opposition and went right back to what I felt I was led to do and while it still was not easy it didn’t take long.
Now some people might say that was just a coincidence. I don’t believe in coincidence, I believe there is a reason for everything that happens. Could it be that snake was under the bush and one of the grandkids may have been out there and got bitten? I’m lazy by nature and it was not a normal thing for me to get into a job like that but something prompted me to do it. How was it that I was able to do it when anyone who knows me would have said it wasn’t possible? I have learned over the years to listen and follow that prompting we all feel from time to time. I believe that is God talking to us and I for one want Him to keep talking to me so I will always try to listen.

God Bless You
